Refund and Exchange Policy

At Halcyon Marching Arts, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to be confident in your purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a manufacturing defect, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange.

To initiate a request, please contact us at sales@halcyonma.co within 14 days of receiving your order. We may request photos or additional information to help assess the issue.

Refunds or exchanges are limited to items that are damaged upon arrival or defective due to a manufacturing issue. Items damaged through normal use, misuse, or wear and tear are not eligible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for products that arrive in good working condition and match the original order. This includes, but is not limited to, changes of mind, preference, or incorrect sizing or selection made at the time of purchase.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, all custom sales are final and not eligible for refunds or returns.

If there is an issue related to a production error or defect with a custom order, please contact your Halcyon Marching Arts representative. While refunds are not guaranteed, we will work with you in good faith to address the concern when possible.

Additional Notes

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from our error.

  • Halcyon Marching Arts reserves the right to deny refund or exchange requests that do not meet the criteria above.
