At Halcyon Marching Arts, your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a product that is broken or defective, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange. To initiate the refund or return process, please contact us at sales@halcyonma.co within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note that we cannot issue refunds or exchanges for products that arrive in good working condition.

Custom Orders

Due to the personalized nature of custom orders, refunds or returns are not available. However, if you are dissatisfied with your custom product, please reach out to your Halcyon Marching Arts representative, and we will make every effort to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
